Highlights for the girls included Kaylee Miller 1st in the high jump, Kaylee Peterson 1st in the 800 and 6th in the 200, Tristen Peterson placed 1st in the 100 hurdles, 300 hurdles with a new PR and 2nd in the long jump, Martina Olson placed 7th in the 1600 with a new PR, Aubri Koch placed 8th in the 400 and 6th in the triple jump, Reese Ghastin placed 11th in the discus with a new PR, and Alivia Koch placed 11th in the 200 with a new PR. The 4X200m relay of Kaylee Miller, Maggie Kershner, Abby Weidenfeld, and Emma Coy placed 3rd, and the 4X400 of Tristen Peterson, Emma Coy, Kaylee Miller, and Kaylee Peterson placed 2nd. Richland Hospital provides an informative Healthcare meeting for our students. Yesterday a group of high school students attended a Healthcare Career Exploration Day at the Richland Hospital. Students learned about careers that are needed to support the healthcare industry- Nursing, Lab, Medical Assistant, Respiratory Therapy, Rehab Services, Radiology & Human Resources were a few of the areas we focused on. Students were able to hear some great testimonies from hospital staff about how they have gotten to where they are today. They were educated in a wide variety of careers in the Healthcare field. Thank you to the Richland Hospital for your hospitality and education. Students will be informed prior to the drills, but we encourage you to also speak with your child about this safety day. 2023 Prom - A Night in Venice
FFA will be holding our annual greenhouse sale on Sat. May 6, May 13 and May from 9 to 1 pm and Sunday May 7 from noon to 3 pm. We have hundreds of hanging baskets and deck pots, bedding flowers and vegetables. Don't miss out on the beautiful selection. After the 20th, we will be closing the greenhouse for the season and the leftover plants will be going to the Fennimore auction.
