This week is Youth Mental Health Awareness week. Your mental health is important! We will have dress up days, mental health information, and items to create your own care kit during lunches. Wednesday’s dress up day is wear GREEN, for mental health awareness. Mental Health tip of the day (Tuesday, May 5th), from Mental Health America: Affirmations can improve people’s overall well-being. Pick a supportive phrase and repeat it today, like “I can learn at my own pace.”

The annual Ithaca Art Show will be next Tuesday, May 5th from 3pm until 7pm. Art work from all Ithaca students will be on display in the commons.

Seniors: If you are aware that you have received any outside scholarships, please stop in or send me a note with details so that you can be recognized for them at our Scholarship Program. Please email me or stop in the office and RSVP how many family members will be attending the Scholarship Program on May 15th by this Wednesday, May 6th. Thank you!
From Archery Club:
The Ithaca Archery Club is sponsoring a Spring Turkey Contest this year. Students who successfully harvest a turkey this spring can submit a photo to Mr. Klang at klandav@ithaca.k12.wi.us to be entered. Participants may include details such as beard length, spur length, and weight if they choose, but it is not required. All submitted photos will be displayed near Mr. Klang’s door, and two winners will be randomly selected to receive a gift card.

The spring band and choir concert is tomorrow (May 5th) at 7pm in the gym. If you are able, please come support all the outstanding Ithaca musicians!
Seeking Umpires for Youth Baseball & Softball Games! Here’s a great opportunity to be a part of the action! We are seeking individuals interested in umpiring youth softball and baseball games. If you're looking for a fun and rewarding way to earn extra cash, contact Cody at 608-574-5013 or codypulvermacher@gmail.com. (May 8th)
