The Ithaca High School Class of 2024 made fabulous memories on their senior field trip this week at Devil's Lake State Park. This trip was especially memorable because this class didn't have the opportunity to take an 8th grade field trip there as most 8th grade classes have and do. Students enjoyed hiking, swimming, fishing, and fun! Grillmaster Logan Anderson even fired up the coals to make lunch. Thank you to class advisors Mrs Deitelhoff and Mrs Stellner for chaperoning and helping make arrangements and Bill Kloehn for getting them safely to and from the park. A very full and fun way to spend the last days of their high school careers.

Due to the inclement weather, today's Ithaca Baseball game versus Weston has been called off.

Due to the inclement weather, Middle School Track and the JV Softball game are both called off for today.

Don't forget, Ithaca has an EARLY RELEASE today at 12:35.

These first graders are officially published authors! Each student wrote about what they want to be when they grow up. Each student went through the writing process: brainstorming, rough draft, editing, final draft, and then illustrating a picture. They are so proud of their work and couldn’t wait to see the finished product.
They celebrated by signing each other’s books, dressing up as what they want to be, and eating cupcakes and cookies!

We LOVE our team, WE LOVE OUR TEAM! Thanks to the ENTIRE Ithaca staff for making Ithaca what it is!
*Not pictured: Mary Beth Behrens, Susan Meyer, Benjamin Murphy, Carrie Pope, and Jenna Wipperfurth.

Rubber Band Racers - Ready to Rumble!
After students discovered flaws in their designs, they make formal requests to postpone the race in an effort to problem-solve. Students took 2 extra days to rework (and sometimes 100% redesign!) their rubber band racers.
After test runs on Friday, the racers are ready! Here's your line-up! Will the Cottage Cheese Cruiser, White Wagon, Binder Clip Buggy, or Sour Cream Speedster win? Stay tuned to find out!
