We're still collecting shoes in Mrs. Clary's room until Monday, September 30th!
Where are the donated shoes going? Students ask every time they drop them off. The answer is an orphanage in Africa. If you have an Amazon Prime account there is a documentary called "Inspire Hope." This will explain where our shoes will end up and why it is so important for us to give to those less fortunate. Please watch it if you have a chance. It's about 50 minutes long and very inspiring.

Picture retakes! Wednesday, October 2nd will be picture retake day in the High School gym.

Change of bus plans for your student? Please remember that in order for our drivers and teachers to get students where they need to go, all bus changes need to be in the office by 11:00 daily.

Mrs. Wobschall was a recipient of a Back to School - School Supply grant sponsored by Meemic Insurance and Office Depot/Office Max. She and her fifth grade class were excited to receive their package! Thank you Meemic Insurance and Office Depot/Office Max!

Today is Bullying Awareness Day, established as one of 21 Wisconsin Public School Observance Days to bring attention to the harmful effects of bullying in the school setting. Bullying may negatively impact a student's connection with school, their engagement with the curriculum, and their overall ability to learn. Bullying prevention is critical to building a school environment conducive to learning, and where students feel safe at all times.

If folks work together, we can have blocks of time covered so you aren't missing much of the day. Contact Jeanna Lorenz or Juli Thompson to work or donate. Thank you!
