From the Class of 2026 and Mr. Klang: The Junior Class held their prom this past Saturday night. Congratulations to Devin Ihm and Jaydn Boland for being voted the 2025 Prom King and Queen. Congratulations to the Junior class for hosting a very fun and successful prom! Thank you for all of your work in decorating and cleaning up after the dance. Thank you to Mr. Herbst, Mrs. Kauffman, and Mr. Fetterly for giving your time to help chaperone the dance. We appreciate it! Thank you to Mr. McCoy for providing the awesome music for the dance. Thank you to Jeanette Simpson for taking photos during the night. Thank you to Ms. Durkin with the help of the photo backdrop. Thank you to the Boland family for helping with the arch way and thank you to anyone else who helped make our prom a success!

From FFA: The greenhouse is full of beautiful flowers and opens May 1! We have bedding plants, deck pots and hanging baskets, over 200 to choose from. Stop in anytime during the school day Wednesday through Friday and after school until 4:30 each day!

From Mrs. Behrens: Congratulations to August Ringelstetter and Ben Huebsch on their performances at the State Solo/Ensemble Contest at UW Platteville this past Saturday! Ben received a 2nd on his vocal solo and August received a 1st on his vocal solo. Great job!

Attention Ithaca Community members: The Ithaca School Foundation is having a reorganizational meeting on Tuesday, April 29 at 7 PM in the Ithaca School Commons. All members of the Ithaca Community are welcome to attend. You do not have to be an alumnus to belong to the Foundation, just have an interest in the betterment of our school. Questions can be directed to Annette Louis 475-7312.

From Mrs. Zorea: Attention Students in K-12th grade and staff: Entry forms for the library bookmark contest are due to Mrs. Zorea by this Wednesday, April 30.

Attention Cloverbuds:. Our next meeting for K-1st grade will be Wednesday, April 30 after school until 5 PM. Permission slips will be going home this week.

Attention High School Students--Become an Umpire! Here’s a great opportunity to be a part of the action! We are seeking students interested in umpiring Ithaca youth softball and baseball games. From Mr. Herbst: We will continue to announce birthdays at the beginning of the school day; however, they will no longer be listed on the announcements that are sent to the general public.

From Mr. Herbst: Parents/guardians are informed of field trips via permission slips. Unlike an athletic event or music concert, field trips are not open invitations for the general public to attend. Therefore, as a safety precaution, field trips will no longer be listed on the calendar on the District's website.
