Library Media Specialist
I was born in Chicago, raised in the suburbs, and finished growing up in Merrimac. After graduating from Sauk-Prairie High School I attended University of Wisconsin at Whitewater, and then graduated from Northeastern Illinois University, Chicago. I have spent 36 years in the classroom teaching grades 2,3,4 and 6,7,8 in both Illinois and Wisconsin, most recently in Boscobel. I have a Library Media Specialist degree from UW La Crosse and I am excited to be the librarian at Ithaca!
My husband, Larry, teaches Reading in Richland Center. We live in Crawford County at the head of Crow Hollow. Our sons are Alex, age 22, and Cameron, age 23.
I have a Garfield collection, love to play games (especially Scrabble), collect fossils (Wyoming dinosaurs), knit, and I love to READ!!
